Brandi Lewin
Founder
Brandi S. Lewin - a native of Carson, CA, is more than our founder; she's the heartbeat of Murdock Community. With a rich academic background from Springfield College and California State University Long Beach, she's a fervent believer in service. Her mantra, 'be the change you wish to see in the world', has been a guiding star for Murdock Community, enabling us to bridge gaps and create opportunities.

Murdock Community and Care Services, Inc., is fully committed to community empowerment. We believe that all people have the right to live freely without fear of discrimination; that every child deserves access to quality education; and that every individual should be able to take care of themselves and their families.
We cultivate community organization and mobilization. We partner with communities to better understand residents’ experiences, produce research that is useful to solving community concerns, and strengthen the relationships between governmental entities and the communities they serve.
Murdock Community is fueled by the fervent belief that to thrive in life is to serve your local community. Seeing a need for energetic nonprofit work in this area, our organization works to provide sensible solutions via programming, mental health services, professional partnerships, and advocacy.
